Shotblast Rubber Strip

Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd have over 30,000 ft² of facilities to carry out our conversion of foam andShotblast - Shotblast Rubber Strip rubber products including the manufacture of Shotblast Rubber Strip.

We have various methods of production including Logcutting, Handcutting, Saw cut, Punched, Stripped, Slit rewind, oscilatting knife and waterjet cutting to name but a few. Shotblast Rubber Strip is available in either Tan (brown) or Black with a shore hardness of around 40° to 50° shore.

Shotblast Rubber Strip offer a high resistance to abrasion and is very tear resistant whilst offering excellent elongation properties.

Shotblast Strip can also incorporate holes or contours if required and can be supplied with or without self adhesive backing.

The following thicknesses of Solid Shotblast Rubber Strip are available as standard:

1mm,2mm,3mm,4mm,5mm,6mm,10mm,and 12mm.
