Our extensive range of plant and equipment coupled with a highly skilled workforce allow us to constantly and consistently produce all of our Gaskets to the highest possible standards.
Our huge range of Manufactured Gaskets can be made out of various different material groups which includes:

We are able to split most of our materials to the customers exact thickness requirements (starting at around 1mm) using an array of state of the art German manufactured splitting machines that are able to hold the tightest possible tolerances. We can also carry out further conversion such of these materials such as:
- Adhesive coating
- Log cutting (to various strip widths starting at 4mm wide)
- Automatic gasket production (rapid autos)
- Automatic gasket production (CNC travelling head presses – LC-30 – Hawkes)
