Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd are able to supply an almost infinite number of Silicone Sponge Extrusions, some can incorporate self adhesive backing if required.

Silicone Sponge ExtrusionsSilicone Sponge Extrusions are tolerant of temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C and offer the following qualities;

  • Densities from 200kg/m³ (soft) to 530 kg/m³ (firm)
  • Excellent Ozone and UV resistance
  • Closed Cell
  • Most commonly available in White, Red or Grey
  • Other colours also available upon request (may be subject to minimum order)

  • THT – High Temperature (270°C)
  • LCH – Low Smoke & Toxicity
