Here at Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd we are proud to be one of the UK’s leading converters of Foam & Rubber and manufacture a comprehensive range of products using an array of plant and machinery which includes a combined CNC Router, Oscillating Knife.

Our combined Router/Oscillating Knife machine is fully CNC controlled and is able to produce quality components bespoke to the customers requirements. Our combined process has many benefits over the usual singular versions of the processes and offers the customer increased product ranges and better lead times on finished products.

This process can produce components taken from various sources including DXF, PDF and DWG.

We carry out manufacturing under the full control of our Quality Management System which is certified to ISO 9001. We are currently certified to 2015 version of the ISO 9001 standard.
