  •          Nylon fabrics

Laminated Textiles

Many of these materials are often laminated to our sponge and foam materials in order to produce the finished component.

For example nylon fabrics are often laminated to neoprene sponge either on one side or on both sides. This can then be used as a “wet suit” material, protective clothing, medical or orthopaedic supports and in recreational applications.

Alternatively we can manufacture nylon laminated to natural sponges to form mouse mats that can Mouse Mat Textilesthen be printed upon for the advertising and marketing sector.

Because of their texture and high visual appeal a lot of these combinations are used within the exhibition and display industry or handicraft industries.

Whilst other materials have far greater technical attributes for high temperature applications , polishing, seals and anti- vibration/ anti squeak, also some fabrics can be laminated to our extensive range of foams for use in interior trim for vehicles, marine and defence.

  •          Automotive – anti-vibration – seals – vehicle trim
  •          Defence – noise reduction
  •          Cosmetics
