Here at Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd we stock and convert a huge range of Sponge Silicone Rubbers in variants of colour, density and thickness.
We can expertly apply pressure sensitive adhesive tapes (where others fail) to one or multiple sides, the adhesive can be tailored towards the application using high and exact specifications. Sponge Silicone or Silicone Sponge is useful for high temperature applications of sealing and also for Food applications where FDA approved silicone is readily available.
Density can be selected to best suit the circumstances of use to ensure the Sponge Silicone offers sealing properties that remain at a high level.
We manufacture many different components from Sponge Silicone rubber including;
- Washers (self-adhesive or plain)(with or without holes and contours)
- Gaskets (cabinet seals, motor seals, electrical box seals etc.)
- Strip and strips (self-adhesive or plain) (kiss-cut formats available)
- Pads (self-adhesive or plain)
- Fabrications (bonded, hand cut etc.)
- Extrusions (self-adhesive or plain)
- Mouldings (self-adhesive or plain)
