PVC Foam is manufactured in a range of densities and in order to ensure that we have the best options available to our customers,PVC Foam Glazing Pads

Advanced Seals and Gaskets Ltd offer the following as standard:

  • Soft Grade PVC – 100Kg to 120Kg/M³
  • Medium Grade PVC – 160Kg/M³
  • Firm Grade PVC – 200Kg to 220Kg/M³

PVC Foam formats

PVC is manufactured in continuous rolls at 1 metre wide in the following “standard thicknesses” (dependent upon chosen density):

1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm.

However if a customer prefers an alternative thickness, Advanced Seals and Gaskets Ltd have the facility to split any of the above grades to the required thickness, the material will then be skin/cell finish.

Colours of PVC Foam

 PVC is generally made as standard in either black or white however other colours are Glazing Tape PVC stripavailable such as grey, brown, blue, red and yellow ( subject to minimum volumes).

PVC is manufactured with a skin finish on both sides of the material and is extremely flexible. Under compression this material becomes closed and therefore is an excellent sealant against air, water and dust.

It also has very good weathering properties and UV resistance.
