Advanced Seals & Gaskets Limited manufacture from a wide range of Flame Retardant Polyethylene Foam in various densities including 24kg/m³, 30kg/m³ and 45kg/m³.

Flame Retardant Polyethylene Foam is manufactured to very high standards and tested to FMVSS302 Ul 94 Flame Retardant Polyethylene Foamand UL94, These tests give our customers confidence that they are choosing the best product which is suitable for their application.

Flame Retardant Polyethylene Foam is a low density closed cell expanded foam that has a cross-linked cell structure and is extremely flexible and relatively soft in nature, this formula ensures that the product can create an effective seal against liquids, gases and solid particles.

At Advanced Seals & Gaskets Limited we are able to join the material to form a continuous roll and split the material to any thickness the customer requires, from 1mm – 110mm, in any increment between.

We are also able to adhesive coat (laminate) this material either one or both sides and are able to manufacture alternate products such as

 

Flame Retardant Polyethylene Foam is extremely good for thermal insulations and has a working temperature range of -80ºC to +80ºC it is also resistant to ozone and UV light.
