Alveo Polyethylene Foam

Alveolit® is a Physically Cross-Linked Closed Cell Expanded Polyethylene Foam. At Advanced Seals & Gaskets Limited we traditionally supply the 30kg/m³ product; however we do also offer 50kg/m³, 67kg/m³ and also higher densities depending on volume.

 

We offer Alveolit (Alveo Polyethylene Foam) in black or white and it is generally manufactured in continuous rolls and traditionally Alveo - Polyethylene Foam provided with a skin finish on both sides and in a range of standard thicknesses from 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm.

Advanced Seals & Gaskets Limited are able to split this material into alternative thicknesses that our customers require and even remove the skin if necessary. We are also able to adhesive coat the material on either one or both faces.

 

Alveo Polyethylene Foam is a soft and flexible product, with a fine regular closed cell structure ensures low water and vapour permeability and ensures an effective seal.

Alveolit is also inert to a wide range of chemicals, has no odour and ecologically and chemically neutral. It has excellent thermal insulation characteristics and impact sound properties and has a good ozone and UV resistance.
