Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd manufacture a diverse range of Polypropylene products. Most of these are non-standard and are tailored to suit the exacting requirements of our customers.

Polystyrene (PP) is also known within the industry as Polypropylene and is a Thermoplastic Polymer.

Polystyrene is a versatile engineering plastic and is manufactured in a range of sheet sizes and colours Polypropylene sheetingdepending upon the grade. Thicknesses can range from 1mm through to 50mm.

Polypropylene is a low weight material that offers significant resistance to impact and has good resistance to chemicals and acids. It has low moisture absorption and is suitable for food applications as well as offering good electrical insulation.

This material by its nature is extremely tough. It is abrasive resistant, has good tensile strength, has excellent mechanical and engineering properties and is therefore suitable for such industry sectors as automotive, defence, marine and electrical and domestic appliances.
