Grades of Open Cell Foam

Polyurethane foam is the general name given to a group of materials that can be most commonly be broken down into the following 3 categories:

As well as the 3 main products we offer many bespoke materials such as reticulated foam, reconstituted foam and impregnated foam (acoustic foam) which is especially useful for noise reduction and insulation.

Conversion of Open Cell Foam

The majority of the polyurethane foams that we stock are manufactured in large blocks. We have the facility to cut and join these blocks together to form rolls or we can simply supply the product in sheet form at any given thickness required by the customer.

Our state of the art machinery allows us to laminate Open Cell Foam with a self adhesive backing with peel-able liner on one or both sides if preferred. This allows for easy, fast fixing and location of our extensive range of Open Cell products.
