Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd have worked extensively with our suppliers to formulate a material that blends two iconic materials together, EPDM and Neoprene, to give a tight technical material that will suit many engineering and mechanical applications.
Our Neoprene EPDM Sponge blend has many of the key characteristics of both materials providing a hybrid that offers:

- excellent sealing properties
- UV light resistant
- ozone resistant
- high and low temperature resistance.
The combination of these polymers in Neoprene EPDM Sponge creates a material that is excellent for both internal and external applications including:
Advanced Seals & Gaskets are able to offer Neoprene EPDM Sponge material in a variety of thicknesses from 1mm to 50mm ( without laminations ) and above 50mm thick ( with laminations ).
We are able to supply Neoprene EPDM Sponge products in plain (adhesive free) or we can adhesive back (laminated) Neoprene EPDM Sponge material with a variety of adhesives and facings to suit the customers requirement.
Dependent upon your application we can further process Neoprene EPDM Sponge into any of the following products:
- Continuous rolls
- Adhesive tape /cut strip
- Die cut gaskets ( individually cut OR kiss cut in rolls )
- Die cut washers
- Pads and cut shapes
