FR Neoprene Sponge
FR Neoprene Sponge (Flame retardant Neoprene Sponge) is grey in colour and is a medium grade closed cell expanded neoprene sponge rubber. It is manufactured in blocks 2mtr x 1 mtr x 40mm thick and is tested to FMVSS302 and UL94. This means that flame retardant neoprene sponge offers good flame retardant properties for most applications that requires such a material
Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd also have the facility to join the blocks together to form a continuous roll and then split or skive the roll to the customers required thickness, which can be any variation between 1.5mm to 40mm without lamination.
After splitting the blocks to the required thickness we can supply the material either plain or self-adhesive backed on one or both sides.
Our (flame retardant) Neoprene Sponge meets ASTM D1056 2C2 and is a closed cell sponge that is relatively soft and pliable.
